Definitions
The following terms are used throughout this agreement. Where the context permits, singular includes plural and vice versa.
- "ak2222" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the ak2222 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at ak2222.club, including all associated services, tools, and features.
- "Player" / "User" / "You" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ak2222 platform in any capacity.
- "Account" — the registered personal account created by a Player on the ak2222 platform, used to access games, place bets, and manage funds.
- "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless explicitly stated.
- "Bonus" / "Promotion" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by ak2222 to Players, subject to specific wagering requirements and terms.
- "Bet" / "Wager" — any real-money or bonus-credit stake placed by a Player on a game outcome, sports event, or other betting market offered on the platform.
- "Withdrawal" — the process by which a Player transfers their available real-money Balance from their Account to an external payment method such as bKash, Nagad, or a bank account.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity and document verification process required by ak2222 to confirm a Player's age, identity, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.
- "Force Majeure" — any event outside ak2222's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party service outages.
- "BDT" / "Taka" / "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all financial transactions on the ak2222 platform.
- "Game Provider" / "Studio" — any licensed third-party software company whose games are made available to Players through the ak2222 platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which the use of the ak2222 platform is restricted, blocked, or unlawful under applicable local law.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Strict 18+ Rule: The ak2222 platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for anyone under the age of 18 to gamble. ak2222 takes this rule seriously and enforces it without exception.
To register and use an Account on ak2222, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
- You are not a resident of or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
- You are not employed by ak2222, a Game Provider, a payment partner, or any associated entity in a role that creates a conflict of interest with participation as a Player.
- You do not have a current self-exclusion arrangement in place with ak2222 or any affiliated platform.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
ak2222 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents for age verification include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — all issued by a recognised authority. If a Player fails to provide satisfactory documentation within the period stipulated, ak2222 may suspend the Account and withhold pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
ak2222 employs age verification technology and cross-references registration data against available databases to detect underage registrations. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 18 will be permanently closed, all associated Balances (including any winnings) will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

Account Registration & Verification
Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the ak2222 platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. ak2222 uses technical and manual monitoring to detect duplicate Account activity, and any accounts identified as part of a multi-account arrangement will be closed, with all Balances forfeited.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, active mobile number, and payment method details. You must update your Account information promptly if any of these details change. ak2222 is not liable for any delay in processing transactions or communications caused by inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.
Account security is your responsibility. You must:
- Choose a strong, unique password for your ak2222 Account and not share it with any third party.
- Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
- Notify ak2222 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
- Not allow any other person to use or access your Account, including family members. Each individual must register their own Account.
KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID card (NID) or passport, a selfie holding the ID document, and proof of ownership of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash account showing your registered mobile number). Documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. Submitting forged, altered, or misleading documents constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and potential legal action.
ak2222 may also request additional verification at any time for enhanced due diligence purposes, particularly for large withdrawals or unusual account activity. These checks are conducted in accordance with our privacy practices and only the information necessary for the specific check will be requested.
One Account Per Person: Registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent limits, or otherwise exploit the platform is considered fraud. All duplicate accounts and associated winnings will be voided.
Deposits & Withdrawals
ak2222 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and other supported bank transfer options. Visa and Mastercard may also be accepted for certain transaction types. All financial transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted channels.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that match the name on the Player's registered Account. ak2222 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and protect both Players and the platform.
ak2222 processes withdrawal requests promptly. However, processing times may be extended if KYC verification is incomplete, if a transaction is flagged for security review, or if the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds that require additional authorisation. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review.
Deposits are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within 15 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number. ak2222 is not liable for delays caused by the payment processor or the Player's mobile financial service provider.
ak2222 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their own financial service providers.
Withdrawal Matching: Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If your preferred method has changed, contact support before requesting withdrawal.
Bonuses & Promotions
ak2222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback, free bets, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus terms outlined in this section.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an offer's individual terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on ak2222:
- Wagering Requirement: Bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the offer) before any winnings derived from those credits can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳30,000 in total wagers must be placed before withdrawal is permitted.
- Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 20%, and sports bets may count at varying rates. The specific contribution rates are stated in each offer's terms.
- Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and any associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account Balance automatically.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless an offer specifically permits it. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses concurrently may result in one or more bonuses being voided.
- Bonus Abuse: Using bonuses in a manner designed to exploit the offer terms — including but not limited to low-risk, high-coverage betting patterns intended to guarantee profit — is considered bonus abuse. ak2222 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and close Accounts where abuse is detected.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Some offers are restricted by geography, account tier, or previous bonus activity. ak2222 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its discretion, with or without prior notice.
ak2222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn while a Player has an active bonus in progress, the Player will typically be given a reasonable period to meet the wagering requirement. Changes to offer terms will be communicated through the platform.
Read Individual Offer Terms: Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings, and expiry dates. Always read the full terms of an offer before activating a bonus.
Betting Rules & Game Terms
All bets placed on the ak2222 platform are subject to the rules of the individual game or sports market in question, as published by the relevant Game Provider or ak2222's sports betting engine. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game or market rules.
Sports Betting Rules:
- Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet placement; once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked.
- In-play (live) bets are subject to brief delays before confirmation. During this period, odds may shift. If the odds change during processing, you will be offered the revised odds before the bet is finalised, depending on your selected odds-change preference settings.
- Events that are postponed, abandoned, or voided without a result being declared will typically result in bets being voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for postponed cricket matches, including BPL and T20 fixtures, follow standard Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes where applicable.
- Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits per event are displayed within the betting interface. ak2222 reserves the right to limit maximum stakes on specific markets, particularly during high-volume events.
- Obvious error pricing (palpable errors) — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — will not be honoured. Bets placed on palpably incorrect odds will be voided, and stakes returned, regardless of whether a settlement has already occurred.
Casino & Slot Game Rules:
- All casino games are operated by licensed third-party studios. Game rules, RTP percentages, and paytables are accessible within each individual game interface.
- In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or a slot spin, the game round will be resolved according to the Game Provider's standard disconnection policy. ak2222 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues outside its control.
- Any malfunction of casino game software voids all pays and plays for the affected round. The Game Provider's decision on the outcome of a disputed game round is final and binding.
- ak2222 does not accept liability for errors or interruptions in the game service caused by third-party Game Providers. Disputes arising from game outcomes must be raised with ak2222 support, who will escalate to the relevant studio on the Player's behalf.
ak2222 reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet, game round, or transaction that it has reasonable grounds to believe was placed in violation of these Terms, in error, or as part of fraudulent activity. Where possible, affected Players will be notified and stakes returned unless the bet is associated with confirmed fraudulent behaviour.
Responsible Gaming

- Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the active period. ak2222 will take all reasonable steps to prevent re-registration by a self-excluded Player.

Account Suspension & Closure
Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting ak2222 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, ak2222 will process the request within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bonus credits are forfeited upon Account closure.
ak2222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- The Player is found to be under 18 years of age or has provided false age information.
- The Player is found to have registered multiple Accounts.
- Fraudulent activity is detected, including but not limited to bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), manipulation of game outcomes, or any form of cheating.
- The Player's Account is used for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate Account closure.
- The Player's continued use of the platform poses a risk to themselves or others (e.g., confirmed problem gambling with active self-exclusion on a related platform).
Where an Account is closed by ak2222 due to fraud or breach of these Terms, any Balance in the Account (including both deposited funds and winnings) may be forfeited at ak2222's sole discretion. ak2222 will not be liable to the Player for any loss of anticipated winnings, promotional credits, or other benefits arising from the closure.

Amendments to These Terms: ak2222 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should close your Account before the effective date.
